Compassionate Aged Care Support

Helping older adults live safely, comfortably, and independently in their own homes.

Who we are

Hello, I’m Zaaron, the founder of Kardia Care.

I hold dual degrees in Paramedicine and Behavioral Studies, alongside formal training in Fine Arts and a Diploma in Art Therapy. This combination allows me to bring not only professional healthcare expertise but also a creative, holistic approach to supporting older adults in the Perth Hills.

After years of working in frontline healthcare, I saw how important it is for older people to feel safe, respected, and connected within their own homes. With Kardia Care, my goal is to provide more than just practical support — I aim to enrich lives through companionship, creative engagement, and personalised care.

My approach is guided by three principles:

  • Compassion first — genuine care and empathy in every interaction.

  • Respect for individuality — tailoring support to each person’s unique needs and preferences.

  • Creativity for wellbeing — using art, storytelling, and imagination to support mental and emotional health.

Whether it’s safe transfers, health monitoring, social engagement, or a creative activity to spark joy, I believe care should nurture both body and mind.

At Kardia Care, it’s about more than care — it’s about living well, with dignity and longevity at home.

Services

In-Home Support

At Kardia Care, in-home support goes beyond routine assistance — it’s about creating comfort, connection, and confidence for older adults in their own homes. Our services are designed to provide practical help while respecting independence and individuality.

What we offer:

  • Companionship & Conversation – meaningful social interaction to reduce loneliness and foster connection.

  • Appointments & Errands – reliable support for attending medical visits, social outings, and everyday tasks.

  • Light Household Assistance – help with simple daily chores such as tidying, meal preparation, or organisation.

  • Creative Engagement – art-based activities, storytelling, or gentle exercises that stimulate wellbeing and joy.

  • Wellness Monitoring – keeping an eye on comfort, safety, and general wellbeing with professional oversight.

Our approach is guided by compassion and dignity, ensuring that support is not just about tasks, but about enhancing life at home.

Health Monitoring

At Kardia Care, we believe peace of mind comes from knowing someone is looking out for your health and wellbeing. Our health monitoring services are designed to provide gentle, professional oversight without disrupting independence.

What we offer:

  • Vital Signs Checks – regular monitoring of blood pressure, pulse, temperature, and other key indicators.

  • Medication Reminders – ensuring the right medication is taken at the right time.

  • Wellbeing Assessments – keeping track of overall comfort, hydration, nutrition, and rest.

  • Early Alerts – recognising changes in health or behaviour that may need medical attention.

  • Family Updates – providing reassurance through clear, respectful communication with loved ones.

With a background in healthcare and a compassionate approach, Kardia Care bridges the gap between independence and support, giving older adults — and their families — confidence that wellbeing is always a priority.

Social Connection

Staying socially engaged is just as important as physical health when it comes to ageing well. At Kardia Care, we believe connection, laughter, and companionship are the heart of dignity and longevity at home.

What we offer:

  • Meaningful Companionship – friendly visits and conversations to brighten the day.

  • Community Outings – support to attend social groups, hobbies, or local events.

  • Creative Activities – guided art, music, or storytelling sessions that stimulate joy and expression.

  • Technology Assistance – helping older adults stay connected with family and friends through phone, video calls, or social media.

  • Shared Experiences – games, walks, or simply sharing a cup of tea together.

Through warmth and empathy, Kardia Care nurtures the human need for belonging, ensuring older adults feel valued, connected, and never alone.
